Mpho Mfenyana is a former South African diplomat and stakeholder relations specialist with more than 20 years' experience across diplomacy, international relations, strategic communications and public affairs.
Her diplomatic service with DIRCO — including a posting to Brussels — combined with advisory work across government, tourism, mining and financial services, gives ISRC a rare vantage point: understanding both how institutional complexity is created, and what it takes to make it usable by the people it's meant to serve.
